NAPOCOM was founded in 1977 with the initial name of Chemical-Metal En-detail Trade Company. In 1991 it became a joint-stock company and now it's entire capital is private. The main activity object is selling native and imported chemical-metal goods, en-gross and en-detail in Cluj and Bistrita-Nasaud counties.
